How to use:

Create settings as, 

Apn  : airtelgprs.com

Proxy: server4.operamini.com or 

       mini5.opera-mini.net

Port : 80

In opera mini handler,

Select proxy type as http and put proxy server as 'm.ak.fbcdn.net'.

If not working then try with proxy type as realhost or host.

Its working for me great in tamilnadu.

Try this at low balance(0.2 or below)
